E' da poco più di due ore in rete, COOKIE and LUZ: un 'indice' online con alcuni tra i più interessanti artisti del panorama internazionale.
Ideato e diretto da Luca Castiglioni, CKLZ "nasce dalla necessità di monitorare la produzione artistica contemporanea, creando una rete che garantisca uno sguardo continuamente aggiornato e attento sulla costante evoluzione del panorama moderno."
Ogni anni saranno invitati alcuni conoscitori dell'arte, per indicare da 1 a 5 artisti nati dal 1980 che andranno a costituire l'indice del progetto. La cinquina di partenza è composta da Rebecca May Marston, Cloe Piccoli, Alessio Antoniolli, Edoardo Bonaspetti e Federico Vavassori.
"Ho scelto una piattaforma online perchè è veloce e dinamica. Mi piace che gli artisti abbiano la possibilità di modificare, aggiungere e ampliare il loro portfolio." Spiega Castilioni.

"Perchè il nome COOKIE and LUZ? Volevamo un nome che 'suonasse' fresco' e leggero. Senza contare, però, che in realtà una ragione c'è. Cookie è il nome dei biscotti che i soldati americani lanciavano durante la seconda Guerra Mondiale sopra Berlino. Questi biscotti facevano parte dei riforimento da lanciare alle popolazioni disastrate. Cookie è anche il nome di un noto locale a Berlino.... Ma a parte queste ragioni, ci piaceva molto l'associazione di queste due parole."
Lo scopo di CKLZ è quello di muoversi con le dinamiche proprie del network perché il suo scopo è quello di garantire la velocità e il dinamismo necessario per tenere sempre il "polso" dell' arte, indicandone le linee guida e non perdendo il passo con il continuo evolversi e aggiornarsi delle nuove ricerche artistiche. Creare un riferimento affidabile e autorevole per chiunque lavori o viva il sistema
dell'arte, assicurando un punto di vista privilegiato e ad ampio spettro sul panorama contemporaneo.

is online for more than two hours, COOKIE and LUZ: an online index with
some of the most interesting artists of the international scene.
Conceived
and run by Luca Castiglioni, CKLZ "stems from the need to monitor the
production of contemporary art, by creating a network that guarantees a
constantly updated insight on the constant evolution of the contemporary
landscape."
Each
year some experts on art will be invited to indicate from 1 to 5
artists born since 1980, thus creating an index for the project. The first quintet consists of Rebecca May Marston, Cloe Piccoli, Alessio Antoniolli, Edoardo Bonaspetti and Federico Vavassori.
"I chose an online platform because it is fast and dynamic. I like the fact that artists have the ability to edit, add and expand their portfolios." Explains Castiglioni.
"Why COOKIE and LUZ? We wanted a name that would sound fresh and light. Not to mention, however, that in fact there is a reason. Cookie is the name of the cookies that the U.S. soldiers distributed all over Berlin, during the Second World War. These cookies were part of the supplies of the devastated German people. Cookie is also the name of a famous place in Berlin... But apart from these reasons, we really liked the combination of these two words. "
The purpose of CKLZ is to move with its own network resources network because its purpose is to ensure the speed and dynamism needed to keep in touch with art, propose the necessary guidelines to keep track of the pace with which the artistic research is continuously developing and updated. To create a reliable and solid reference point for anyone working or living within the art world, providing a privileged viewpoint and a broad-spectrum of the contemporary scene.
Tonight, from 21:00 onwards, we celebrate the launch of the platform.
